Rules for your account
Rules for your account
1. Trading Behavior and Rules (Instant Evaluation)
2. Breach Rules
3. Level-Up / Performance Criteria (Instant)
4. Payouts and Rewards
5. Account Access and Terms of Use
1. Trading Behavior and Rules (Instant Evaluation)
The instant evaluation is an immediately active account without classic challenge phases.
You trade from the start like a funded trader – with your own, strictly defined risk rules.
1.1 Trading Duration / Trading Days
You must complete a total of at least four trading days for your instant account to be considered active and later eligible for withdrawal.
1.2 Initial Capital (Initial Equity)
The initial capital corresponds to the chosen account.
For example, if you purchase a $10,000 account, your initial equity is $10,000.
1.3 Maximum Overall Loss Limit (Trailing Overall Drawdown – 6%, Equity-based)
The overall loss limit is 6% and is equity-based and trailing.
It is always calculated from the highest equity level ever achieved.
At the beginning:
Initial capital: $10,000
6% of that = $600
→ Lowest Allowed Equity at start = $9,400
If your account rises, the limit rises with it:
You trade your equity up to $11,000
6% of $11,000 = $660
→ New loss limit = $11,000 − $660 = $10,340
Important:
This lower limit only moves upwards, never downwards.
If your equity falls below the current 6% limit at any time, it constitutes a hard breach and your account will be closed.
1.4 Daily Loss (Trailing Daily Drawdown – 3%, Equity-based)
Additionally, there is a daily, equity-based trailing drawdown of 3%.
The basis is always the daily highest equity within a 24-hour period.
The daily reset time is 21:59 UTC – at this time, a new day begins.
Example:
At 21:59 UTC, your day starts with $10,000 equity.
3% of $10,000 = $300
Initial limit: $9,700.
You trade your way up to $10,500 equity throughout the day.
3% of $10,500 = $315
The new daily lower limit rises to $10,185.
If your equity falls below the current 3% limit during the day, that is a hard breach.
This daily lower limit only moves upwards when you reach a new daily high.
1.5 Inactivity
A break is possible, but 21 days without a single trade will lead to the closure of your instant account.
1.6 Weekend Trading
There are no weekend restrictions.
You are allowed to keep positions open overnight and over the weekend.
1.7 Maximum Trading Volume (Maximum Trading Volume)
Balance = Max Lots
$10,000 = 6 Lots
$25,000 = 12 Lots
$50,000 = 25 Lots
$100,000 = 50 Lots
$200,000 = 100 Lots
Exceeding this limit results in a hard breach.
1.8 Stacking Trades
A maximum of 3 similar positions may be open at the same time per symbol.
More than 3 stacking trades on the same instrument = hard breach.
